Journeyman Electrician - Installing Technician

Location: Moscow, ID (Serving Idaho & Washington - Must Hold ID & WA Licenses)

This role is focused on execution. Our Installing Journeyman Electrician works alongside consulting technicians or independently to complete installations efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented electrician who prefers craftsmanship and precision over pricing discussions. You focus on the work. We focus on keeping you busy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial installations
Execute work sold by consulting technicians
Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
Troubleshoot and solve on-site electrical issues
Communicate effectively with team members
Maintain professional job site appearance

Qualifications

Active Idaho Journeyman License
Active Washington Electrical License (01 preferred)
Valid driver's license
Ability to run a crew
Must pass a background check upon a conditional job offer (role involves working inside customers' homes)
Dependable, reliable, punctual
Strong installation background
Detail-oriented mindset
Team-first attitude

Pay & Benefits

Full-time, W-2 Employment
Hourly Base Pay: $32 to $40 per hour (based on experience)
Estimated Annual Base Pay: $64,000-$80,000 (base only), plus potential $300 spiffs, total of $83,600
Additional Earnings: Commission is available in addition to base pay, tied to performance and profitability
Weekly training is provided
